SHIPPING POLICY

1. Items that are READY TO SHIP will be shipped out within seven  (7) business days after you've place your order

2. Items that are not ready to shipP will be shipped out within four (4) to twelve (12) weeks after you've place your order

3. For express delivery, email us at phangsannycouture@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request and support your needs

4. We understand that receiving your wedding gown in a timely manner is crucial, which is why we have a comprehensive shipping policy in place.

    Please note that we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by events outside of our control, such as riots or severe weather conditions.

    However, we always strive to get your gown to you as soon as possible, keeping you updated along the way.
